Okay time for Grayson to go as far as I am concerned. Strength in depth is one thing but when you waste time looking at attackers and midfielders and ignore the defence as long as Grayson has then I no longer feel he is up to the task of managing us to promotion.

Why do I say waste time, well midfield and attack is not priority, Grayson can't think so either, he signs Mika and he doesn't even make the bench and he signs Forssell who starts on the bench.

Another red card, handful of yellows as well, what the hell is he teaching this lot on the training field. I dare say Josh will say we were all over them until the sending off (we weren't according to the radio I am listening to) and I am fed up with excuses.

We play dirty football, we can't keep a clean sheet, the defence is awful, we need a change.

When have you ever heard of a new signing been thrown straight into the starting 11 when he was only brought in for added depth?
We aren't a dirty side. I'm a Season Ticket Holder and most of the cards given to us are unjustified. From what I could see today's red card was the only red card of the season that was justified.

You obviously were not at the game!!! Leeds have had 3 players sent off for professional fouls this season. No bad sendings off. Thats not dirty.

Mika signed, then went back to Finland to get his stuff. He trained only once on Friday and has not been playing regulary football. He will be off the pace at present.

    Poor post 1*

The red card count is criminal and shows a lack of basic common sense. The manager must take some of the blame, if not all, for the lack of discipline in the team.

As for the form of the team, well we do have 10 points from last 6 games. This is playoff form giving approx 74 to 76 points at season end. We managed 72 points last season and missed the playoff spot.

The bookies obviously have theirs ears to the ground and must have picked up some rumours if the have Grayson at such short odds.

I would put Mc Claren ahead of anyone else for the chop.

If Leeds don't have around 17 points by game 12 then I would say its time to get serious about the rest of the season as far as the manager goes. If we can get to 18 or 19 points by game 12 then I would be happy. Its not just as easy to change a manager most of the good ones are employed !

Split opinions and we are all entitled to them, if you think it is unlucky that we have so many yellow and red cards fine. Truth is we are getting them because we cannot defend and we are putting ourselves under pressure, if one was unlucky then we could say we were fortunate for Brown not to have been sent off in the first 20 minutes against Southampton. We are top of the dirty play league for one reason and it certainly has nothing to do with bad luck.

I have been all for Grayson since day one when he took over from macca, even after the shambolic beating by Southampton on day one of this season I was still backing him but for me enough is enough. Our defence has been poor since day one and Grayson doesn't seem able or willing to address it.

One minute we have no money for players or wages the next we are signing back-up strikers and midfielders, don't forget before we signed these two we were having wingers and journeymen strikers coming for trial when 100% effort should have been put towards finding a defender who can defend.

I don't mean I want Grayson to get sacked today but I would hope that feelers are being sent out as to who we might get in the near future, certainly before the transfer window re-opens. Poyet might be a possible replacement and I would welcome Adkins but I feel he wouldn't leave Southampton. If you believe Grayon will get us premiership football I hope you are right and I am wrong but I certainly can't see it happening with performances so far.

When three of those red cards have been unjustified the point kinda falls flat.

Aren't these the odds before todays game?

Leeds United fans can be a strange breed! We've won again, okay not the best performance but when we have performed things have gone against us. It's football and grinding out the results is what it's all about. One thing Mr G has installed is a never say die attitude, the players are playing for him and the team spirit is obvious to see.

We're far from dirty, there's been nothing malicious in any of the sendings off or the yellow cards, maybe the fact we are Leeds United is something to do with the silly amount of bookings!

We win we moan, we lose we moan. Never bloody happy. I'm happy to accept 3 points with a goal in the 86th minute and only ten men on the pitch every game, not great for the blood pressure but eh oh!

The players weren't playing for him today and that's why people who have attacked me in the past are finally coming round to my way of thinking.

There was no passion or urgency today, we were simply lucky.

Grayson is a top manager, if we stick with him we will be playing Premiership football.

The only area he needs to work on is the defence, but it will get sorted.

Great post IALWB,though the last couple of victories are kind of papering over the cracks.
One or two comfortable wins with a clean sheet thrown in would be great though, but we don't seem to do comfortable these days. Can't keep relying on a never say die team spirit,it's not enough. The defence needs sorting asap.
