As many you may or may not know, Carrick will be out for 4-6 weeks with an achillies injury, its a big blow because he's become a key player for us over the last couple of years for us, this is a perfect opportunity for our new signing to prove all the doubters and show why Moyes paid a lot of money for him, not his fault mind, i rate hi, i use to dread playing Everton because i know he would have a field day against us, i know that he will be a good signing for us, it takes players 6 months to a year to settle at a big club like ours
Hate to be a pedant Matth but Carrick has been absolutely crucial and integral to the team for a good five or six years. Only a stupid ****ing scouse or Chelsea fan would suggest otherwise. When the midfield is that bad yes Carrick has been crucial. But there are a bunch of players that could do his job and a better one at that for United, just because Anderson Cleverly and co are ****e it doesn't make Carrick any better. Can I wade in here as neutral and say: Sisu is right, Fellaini has been piss poor since joining you. Sisu is wrong, Carrick is a very good player and played particularly well last season.
