I am worried that Neil Warnock has not got what it takes any more.

He needs to go if he can not use the players we have to wins games, we are not taking teams on and are wasting White and Byram's abilities.

Once Bates finally goes we need to start a fresh with a decent manager as well.

I decided he was the wrong guy when I watched in horror the players he brought in. We no longer play football, we play a game of something I dislike and can't wait to see the end of.

According to Ladbrokes squad statistics we have the smallest squad in the Championship. We have limited ability, injuries to Somma and McCormack, the atmosphere at Elland Road is non-existant thanks to Bates so that is no longer an advantage. Yet we are performing to expectations, midtable and as a bonus we are in the 1/4 final of the League Cup. Don't blame the manager, don't blame the players, blame one man, Kenny Bates!

Na disagree he brought in players we could afford, the lads looked very tired towards the end of the match last night !! I take it you were all saying this on Wednesday after tonkin Southampton then, 3 matches in 6 days with a small squad is pretty good, give the man a chance to see what he can do with some backing, he took QPR up when he was backed, we are only 3 points from the play offs.

Blame lies in more than one place. We have a small squad and Colin hasn't been allowed the funds to build the team he really wants, however I also feel the team is under performing, and his hoof and hope tactics aren't helping, however I'm still proud of the spirit the players on the whole are showing.

Warnock's team has the knack of fighting back if we go a goal down. That's a couple of times this season we have managed it.
Neil is more than likely doing the best he can with what he has. The bit of fight that we do have could give us our first trophy for a long time.
At least we are not taking some pastings like that powder puff squad from last year.

A little premature. Warnock has not been allowed to bring in his players of choice; he has had to make do with his 2nd of 3rd choices. If we can linger around 7th or 8th by January, and the new players that he brings in, don't improve our pitch performance, thyen look at things then...

At many point under Grayson we had gained more points from losing positions than any other team in the league, this isn't a Warnock change.

This small squad argument cant be used as an excuse. The reason brighton were on top is because they controlled the midfield and had the legs in there. Brown and Austin did look tired.. BUT we had Norris and Green on the bench who couldve started and freshened things up

Guys, all we need is to be within touching distance of the play offs by the time of the T/O & arrival of the transfer window. By then at least Ross should be back in the side to be joined by one or two others. Poleon should also have completed his loan period & be pushing hard for at least a place on the bench.

We are a bit of a play off place, but we're not that far away. Find the missing link & we'll be on our way

To be fair, pretty sure its my bandwagon. I said I wanted him sacked the day he was appointed and was always against him. If you were to then fair enough, I'll let you have this one, either way its starting to gather pace

We were probably better at coming back with Grayson in charge. That is only the second point we have managed all season when we have gone down, the other point was against Wednesday

Are you also thinking that Warnock and Peltier are butt buddys?

Just wondering when the RB who plays LB gets injured and taken off we put transfer listed Danny Pugh on when we supposedly have the best LB in the division.

I wanted Warnock in charge but so far this season we have yet again thrown wages and funds away on signings that are not being used or are dross, we are also carrying too many central midfielders of the same equal quality which is all average.

Under Grayson in 2010/11 we were in the play-offs all season before dropping away right at the end due to a combination of not having been allowed to strengthen in January, tiredness due to the same team consistently having to play and frankly bad luck. Last season Warnock took a team Grayson had 3 points outside the play-offs to 14 points outside. So far this season we've not looked like troubling the top 6. We also played exciting, attacking football under Grayson. Grayson got vilified because he couldn't play the media like Warnock can.

The team works hard, and Colin has experience of building promotion winning teams, but so far he isn't showing it.
