Has the right amount of passion. Watching Harry's responses during the match last night compared to Rossler's, looked only half interested.
If we get him, im getting a seat behind him so I can finally get to manage us, at least for a small time.
So despite having beaten Rosler, Harry's now getting stick because he didn't leap around like a monkey on acid enough? For feck's sake Sherwood is as thick as two short planks. He'll give you plenty of jumping around and kicking water bottles alright if that's what you want. He even might let you sit in the Dugout for a bit. But just because someone can't sit still, doesn't make them a good Manager. Lets leave the sacking of Harry until we've actually lost next week, can we?
Even I would say a very premature thing to be discussing. We may well still have Redknapp next season, and I'll still be a QPR fan, whatever. If he can get them playing with all of the intensity of last night and a little more control, we'll all be happy. All of them put in a huge shift last night, no shirkers - why couldn't they have done that away at Forest on Boxing Day?
Stop it will ya... first time we have been to Our National Stadium in a final and we have to read a post like this? Please feelk freree to name another manager that could have achieved what we have with our injuries, the **** we had and our fans.... Sorry 54, but just cannot understand the negativity of us havibg a chance to win promotion in one of the worlds greatest grounds in front of millions?
Harry has done a fantastic job at QPR in my opinion win or lose next week. He has started to turn our club around and to get to Wembley has been a great achievement after the debacle of last season and all the mercenaries he inherited. Harry Redknapps Blue and White Army
I believe it may be related to this accident and his knee issue? EXCLUSIVE: They thought the crash had killed me - and stole my watch By Harry Redknapp http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...XCLUSIVE-Medics-thought-I-dead-car-crash.html please log in to view this image
No let's wait until the outcome I don't like Tim You know I am not keen on Harold but a win at Wembley will galvanise the club and we need a new team either way Harold will attract players without doubt I would like to see a good coach come in either way as Harold's fantasy football isn't QPR The club itself after a win may even change Harold So it's this simple support the club until there are no games to play this season
I've heard the line "its not QPR" from a number of sentimental old eejits on here now and again. Stroller is normally out in front, feather in Cap at the head of their band. I know what QPR football is all about. Its about looking pretty but being losers. Its a load of old hat that Geezers from the 60's trot out when they're reminiscing about happy times when they had a full head of hair, a decent looking bird on their arm and cool flared trousers. Now that they've got to get up thrice in the night to take a piss and have bigger boobs than their bird had, they're trying to recapture a feeling of exhilaration that just happened to coincide with a QPR side that played good football. Ultimately though, its all an illusion. The more unlike "QPR" our contemporary sides are, the better IMO. Pragmatism and results are all that counts. There's no such thing as glorious failure. Just failure.
I've met Sherwood and he's a very nice bloke. I do think he wears his heart on his sleeve a bit too much for a manager.
Perhaps Chance the Gardiner would do a good job? You could easily apply his simple philosophy of life to running QPR.
