Must of secured number 1 position with that performance. MOTM and made some brilliant saves, would you still have Harper over him?

No doubt about it, should be number 1. Makes some **** decisions on occasions but that's just inexperience, which he wont lose if he's on the bench!

He's a spectacular talent. I just hope we keep him in the long run.

Excellent game tonight. Think he's there for the season. I expect Harper to leave soon especially as he wasn't even on the bench tonight. Last of the dressing room mouth pieces .

That one handed stop is one of the best saves I have ever seen and, for me, he won us the game tonight! Yes his decision making is poor at times and he can be risky, but he will learn and can become every much as good as Given was in my opinion.

Fantastic keeper, but i hope to god i improves his kicking and general distribution. That part of his game is absolutely shocking.

Kept us in the game with a few saves, but could easily have thrown it away with a certain couple of his kicks.

This. One of Harpers strengths is his distribution.

Do feel bad for Harper though - injured, and now surely it will be very difficult for him to get back between the sticks with Krul doing so well.

Krul is easily our number 1. Looks a better prospect than De Gea.

Krul played well tonight, but Harper is still my no.1. He's better at distribution, kicking and taking crosses.

I've been saying stick with Harper for a while now, but after seeing the last several matches I'm a Krul convert. Harper deserves masses of respect for services to the club and it seems unfortunate that after waiting so long he'd only get a couple of seasons as first choice, but Krul is getting better and better over time and frankly I think he's already marginally better than Harper as it is now. He needs to play and get as much experience as possible, because we could have a stunning keeper on our hands as he gets further into his career.
