Seems like the lad has taken longer to ad-just to the English game longer than was thought. I hope we extend his contract beyond this season because he's got all the credentials and he's only 23. Thoughts please.
Needs to see a bit more game time before a fair judgement on his ability to play "our" style, then a decision can be made. In fairness he has until the end of the season to come good, and, NP may have already made up his mind from what he see's, day in, day out, on the training ground!
We've not really seen enough of him to make much of a judgement, apart from one very good free kick he hasn't done a lot of note, he gets knocked off the ball far too easily for me. Still, he may come good.
Yeah, we're racking up the trialists. It's like the Brownie naughty step situation without the financial armageddon that accompanied it. Shame to say it, but I reckon he'll be gone at the end of the season.
I hope he gets a start today and the opportunity to show what he can do. Cairneys had two chance of late and not taken them, so Belaid also deserves another go.
With Belliad you look for the unexpected a bit of magic but I haven't seen anything from him so far to deserve a contract, when he started at Derby he was very poor but I'm not sure what his best position is supposed to be.
This lad looks a class player to me and was pleased to see him get some game time against Norwich yesterday. The Club said they wouldn't rush the player in trying to settle in to the English game and they haven't. Shown glimpses of his ability albeit not quite ready for a starting role.
