I know there were a couple of comments on last night's thread but I'm going through all of the pages to find out more! My Tigersplayer wouldn't work at all. I got a message on it saying I needed to update Google Chrome and change its settings. I don't even have Google Chrome installed! Did anyone else get that message?
I might have to but I object to a service I am paying for changing the service without warning and forcing me to install a program that I don't want but now apparently need. I've sent City an e-mail so I'll see if they reply. When I complained about the Grimsby commentary they just said it was a problem with the provider - presumably Blunderside.
I have done. They told me to install Google Chrome and run Tigersplayer on that. Not very helpful as I can do without another browser.
I am like El Tigre and ran it on safari on my iPhone yesterday. Worked ok for me. I would have thought it should be working on all browsers and agree, why should you download another. Maybe they have written it for Google Chrome so always recommend that one. I think the thing that irks me with it, is the logging in all the time on my iPhone, if i go out of it temporarily, but maybe thats something i have missed.
Hahaha I get that message on mine and I have goggle chrome. I sometimes get the message and a couple of minutes later it starts working.
I could not get it to work at all on any device or browser. I will be speaking to the club tomorrow (hopefully) about it. I know that it is not their service, but they should know the issues and they are far better placed to sort it out. I have been refunded in the past and complained several times.
Worked fine on my dated setup.....bit of a delay though I think, but what a great hat-trick by Keith Edwards...... please log in to view this image
I normally don't have a problem with Safari, but on Wednesday I gave up waiting after the first five minutes and listened to 5 live extra.
My mate had that exact Hi performance PC (Not the rest of the hi tech equipment though). I remember being at his house on it and doing a bit or programming we managed to turn the background colour on the TV to purple........ Next we really went for it 10 Print "Bollocks" 20 goto 10 Now that was real programming.... Maybe it wasn't print.. anyway it filled the screen with a load of Bollocks.
I went through the help bit at the bottom of the page on TigersPlayer. You have to scroll right down to the bottom of the page then click on help. Then ignore a page of FAQs and click on the link to the contact form. They got back on the same day but they weren't any help at all and only referred to previous gripes - like getting Grimsby commentary for the whole of one first half. I was really mad about that one. The whole of the e-mail was in capital letters!
