Does anyone know how to go about unsubscribing. I’ve searched the site but can’t find any unsubscribe button.I have sent an email asking them to remove me from it.

Log in and your A/C details info should pop up automatically.
There is a coloured item that says "cancel" underneath your actice service option. ( I believe it was added recently as I didn't see the link when I tried to switch to the live video option a month ago).
I called them to ask how I could switch from audio only to live video. They sent me an e-mail telling me I'd been cancelled on the audio only subscription !
I haven't tried it. Good luck.
