    I thought we might as well have a thread covering our exploits in Portugal, there are plenty of City in attendance to keep us updated with goings on, though they mainly consist of photo's of icy glasses to Super Bock so far.

    No, I'm skipping this one, due to some magnificent planning, I'm actually flying to Faro just after the team get back. <doh>

    There's plenty out there though, Les and Andy from Amber Nectar have just boarded their flight, Les was threatening to shout "Allahu akhbar" as it took off, but I'm hoping he thought better of it. <laugh>

    Our U18's, who've already been in Portugal a while, will tonight try and retain the Browns LdV Tournament trophy, when they play Nigerian side Nathaniels Boys in the final(KO 6.30pm).

    Do you know whereabouts the training ground is located OLM? If it's next to Estadio Municipal de Albufeira?

    There is a training pitch next to the stadium, so probably, but I'm only guessing(when I went out for the Sunderland game I only went to the actual game).

    It's normally the Browns sporting complex in villamoura. (Not sure about this year though)

    If any tigers need accommodation drop me a PM - my place in villamoura is standing empty

    Of course, I didn't think.

    It's not well known, but Piri Piri Tigers FC used to be called Albufeira City AFC until they were taken over by the owner of Nando's. They then changed their name while nobody was looking.

    I'm flying out this evening. Would be useful to know where they are training. Had assumed it was Vilamoura but hoping its Albufeira. If anyone in the know could message on here it would be welcome info.
