Fair play to them, i've received an e-mail apologising for it being crap so far this year and they've added a free month to the end of my contract, now if they could just sort out the rest of the website.........
Did it go like this? Dear Pierre, Sorry Tigers player has been a bag of ****. I'll give you an extra month of **** for free. Thankyou. Good night. Much love. AA
Anyone who has an iphone can download the football league app and they get all the videos that get put on a the club player on there. You have to pay a subscription fee of about £12 a year buts its alot cheaper then going through the official website
Since I can not go to games I like to think of it as my season ticket. I wish we could do something like liverpool does and have it on streaming video.
I hear you but it isnt on TV anyway. 0 Championship games are on TV and there is only one Premeir game here a week if you are lucky and it is always Man U. You have to get 4 layers of cable tv just to get 1 championship game a week and most cable providers do not have access to the channel necessary. It is something they should address. Perhaps they could do some sort of pay per view streaming thing when the contract comes up again.
The new website is appalling but it seems to be from a template that most other clubs have bought into from what I can tell.. don't for the life ome know why it sems to load up twice so to speak.. so annoying.
We have a major advantage over all other clubs, KC should be able to stream all games, the problem is that it's expensive to do and KC don't think enough people will subscribe to make it viable.
I like the web site, my wife's folks are in LA so have spent time in your area checking out the Vineyards.
And then its a case of would the club allow them to do it. If they did ticket sales will take another dive
Except that there's a ban on 3pm Saturday kickoffs being broadcast live in the UK, and online counts as a broadcast.
That won't last, there's so many streams they can't block them quickly enough and sooner rather than later, matches will start going out live, so the FA can get some revenue from them.
I don't think it would affect the home team, as their fans are unlikely to subscribe to a Hull City subscription.
If you wanted to do a broadcast at the KP Stadium for example. You would need the permission of LCFC to do it Last season we streamed all of our home matches to Thailand and people could then use that to watch it here. Last season the FA was saying they are looking to close down all on line streams.
I mean it isnt like you cant watch games here live even when you live in the same city as the team. Every cable provider plays all local sports teams live on TV. I dont see why you cant do the same thing there without it adversely affecting the stadium attendance nor revenue the team brings in.
