I have a close relative who works in the ticket office and have just returned having collected a ticket for a friend of mine. There was a very long queue when I was there but here is a word of advice form the ticket office personnel. If you are intending to go to the game there will be 12 cash turnstiles open at all sections of the stadium. Don't bother to stand in a queue this afternoon as there will be concessions available on a once only basis at the turnstiles so there is no advantage in buying a ticket in advance. The advice from the ticket office is to get there early as they are expecting a big gate. The demand just materialised mid-morning so there was no time to publish this in the Sunderland Echo before their deadline. Hope this helps
