Is me being old and infirm or are the ticketing arrangements for the two cup ties naff? On phoning this morning, after numerous number busy tones, I got through to be met with an apology about difficulty purchasing Bristol Vs Leeds Carnegie tickets!! that was yesterday!
then a message to say it would be quicker to buy online??? OK so whilst waiting on the phone I tried online?? after wading through a far from perfect website and eventually being told my card number was not valid??? They answered the phone, so I closed website and spoke to ticket seller. Only to be told that I could have the West Ham ticket but not the Gillingham one as I had half ordered it online. I would have to phone again in half an hour? (I think not!) I was also told I could go back to website and pick up my shopping cart and carry on. Guess what? Oh no I couldn't, other than the ticket I bought on the phone, my cart was empty.
and website wouldn't let me get into reservations so couldn't get ticket anyway, so just the one cup game it is. I've already wasted one and a half hours of my life I don't intend to waste more. Heaven knows what the arrangements will be like if and when we get to Wembley. PS card is valid as I paid with it on phone?
So come on City sort it out or get me a carer!

'So come on City sort it out or get me a carer!'

Get me one as well please.

It was impossible for me to use the site last week and I secured my tickets after waiting ages on the phone.
Even the City employee apologised about 'issues with the site'.
Trouble with every large organisation is they expect everyone to be internet literate.
I manage most of the time, just about, but there's to many out there who can't.

What are my chances of getting a ticket for the possible Wembley final in March especially when I live in Canada and will be in the Canary Islands until March 13th? Imagine trying to explain those hurdles to the ticketing people without even trying to explain that I will probably want them mailed to an address somewhere in rural Somerset where I don't live - ah well there's always the telly.

If we get there, I would assume that with 35,000 available, you would be able to get one.
Firstly if I were you, send an email to David Lloyd explaining your situation. I would expect that he would be able to help.
Failing that, I should be able to get a ticket for me and you as I have Season tickets at both City and Bristol Rugby. Send me a personal mail and tell me you have done so on the Forum.

There doesn't appear to be any real leadership at the place, they need someone to get a grip of this lot and find the correct and workable (and working) solutions.

The system at the moment is roll a 6 to start!

I ordered my MK Dons tickets on-line today - no problem at all

Also I had a problem with tickets for away fans recently (Notts Co) - the club were superb in sorting it out for me

The sale of kids shirts this season have been a complete fiasco, when I found one in late Nov (very lucky) they refused to let me have it without it having sponsorship printed all over it despite the fact it wasn't on there and I didn't want it. So I left it.. A close friend went in later and bought that shirt without the sponsorship even being offered for his own boy! they also ran out of stock in mid September and never got any more in?

I have been down there 3 times in the last week to collect my forever Bristol membership card and been told a different story each time, they make it up as they go along. (yeah don't worry I'm fine about driving from Keynsham to not receive it despite you telling me it would definitely be ready!)

    Roll a 6 to start..

In all fairness getting tickets has been fine, there is a young lad called George in the shop who is both competent and helpful, he should be the manager (he's only about 18)
