http://www.thisisleicestershire.co.u...#axzz2fuZJNkIn Good article this - its not just us that need to address this ... Birmingham had less than 7,500 watching them put the Cup holders out last week ... terrible.
The commercial management at Leicester need sacking out of it...no vision, no idea..no business nowse.. useless
I can't see that Fulham will bring many, they only had 14,000 at the Everton game themselves. Either people aren't that interested in the league cup or they just can't afford to go. Much better to offer reduced price tickets and have a decent attendance. Commercially beneficial too , encourages people who wouldn't otherwise go & more people to flog pies to.
I can´t see the link so what´s up ? I´m guessing that the ticket prices are way to high, if so here´s my thoughts. The lge cup has a history of being a low attendence comp so this one, imo, should be as cheap as pos comp with kids under 12´s going free, 13´s -17´s & OAP´s a fiver & aduts a tenner (IF these prices work that is with all the out goings a club has to pay to stage a football game). This is what they roughly do here in Germany & you get some good crowds. Having said that the DFB has only one cup comp, but still they price things to get the families down to there local game. If LCFC had a thing going with youth clubs, the scouts & schools etc there would be a good crowd & as said more pies would be sold. Or the whole thing could be scraped.
