Ticket Refunds

Anyone know how I get refunded for my Pompey tickets or what's happening? Not seen anything on official website yet.

 

Pompey actually said after the game was postponed,that refunds are available to anyone that wants them. The only thing was thast they said cash refunds would not be available at the moment. Read into that what you like !

 

if the players aren't getting paid, i doubt you will.

 

I emailed our club and they said if I sent them back to KC they would give me a refund

 

we got a call from the KC ticket office @ 11am on saturday morning saying that we can either take our tickets back for a Full Refund or keep them for when the game is finally played. Your choice. Nice and easy all round. Mine/Ours stay in the wallet until we need them.

i think its fair to say that Hull City as a club have not sent the money to Portsmouth yet so refunds are easy here.

whenever the game is actually played. the chap from pompey on the radio on saturday said that he did not think it would be until the weather was better, so an April date looks likely. Tuesday April 3rd anyone ?

 

Thanks to all posters, I had just got the tickets out and was checking around to find out what to do

 

If you keep your tickets it is likely you may never see the game because Pompey are brassic

 

If they go bust then the tickets will be collectors items. The last ever tickets issued for a game that was never played. Just another slant on the situation.

 

Has someone hacked in to your account or have you just had a wierd moment?

 

maybe both. lol. what i want to know is who will reimburse all those fans for hotels and petrol costs ? its not just an issue over match tickets. Pompey should pay for City fans who travelled and can prove it when the game is finally played...imo.
