Apologies for the inane thread but I'll be brief. My girlfriend and I are planning on attending the home game against Inter Milan in November so for that reason I went into the Sparta Prague home game just to try and gauge how many tickets had been sold and in what areas of the stadium, for my own interest. It's only allowing me to purchase 1 ticket however, even though I've bought 4 tickets at once for home games before. How can I buy two tickets side by side for the Inter Milan game whenever they're released? My girlfriend is definitely not going to sit on her own as I can just about get her to game as it is. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm surprised that my allocation is just for one ticket, I know I could set her up with an account but then how do we ensure the seats are side by side?
Does your girlfriend have a customer number? If not, you can only buy one ticket per customer number. Might be worth, if anyone you know has a customer number and doesn't want to go, using theirs (with their permission!)?
Hi mate, thanks for your reply. My girlfriend doesn't have a customer number but I can easily get one for her. Does it not matter that it has never been used before? How can my allocation be the same as somebody who has never used theirs before? I've bought 20-30 tickets with mine. My brother and father both have customer numbers so I am sure I could buy one ticket with it and one with my own. How do I ensure that they're side by side if I do that? Thanks again!
On the website go to My Account - Friends and Family. You can add your dad/brother and that should let you buy two tickets together. (i think)
Exactly this. I did the same for the Europa bundle. If in doubt though, NorthernIrishSaint, give them a call/email and they'll be very willing to help you.
Once she's added as friends/family, select two seats next to each other. When you go to the next stage your name will be alongside both but there's a drop down box available against each one. Click on that and you'll see everyone you've added as friends/family. Select her name and you're done. The good news is that then builds up into an attendance profile for her despite the fact that you're doing the buying. Vin
I tried that on my phone but it wasn't having any of it. It kept telling me I had selected too many tickets even though one ticket was under my name and one was under my dad's. I'm not sure if this is a mobile site problem, I can't even get on to the site on my work computer. I'll try that when I get home though, thanks.
I wonder. Are you a member rather than just registered as a customer? I know the bundle was (initially at least) only available to members, so it might not be allowing the others as purchasers if they aren't members. Vin
When you change that, you have to scroll to the bottom and "Update Basket" ... should allow you to do it then.
I think that has resolved the issue. Appreciate it! I can only get over to 3-4 games a season so a season ticket or whatever is out of the question. Going to away games is absolutely impossible too as the season ticket holders always take the whole allocation Still, buzzing that my first game this season will be a home Europa League fixture!
