http://twitter.com/maggsyjayne Always thought the ticket office [not club shop] were top notch, helpful, polite and professional. Short sighted this in my book, good customer services should be part of a football club.
If services are outsourced to ****master etc they are no different to touts. Fans will pay more for less. Jayne Maggs in the office was always helpful and is a fan with her heart in the right place. Club is losing its soul.
