Due to the unprecedented volume of telephone calls that the Ticket Office is experiencing at present, supporters may experience longer than usual waiting times for their call to be answered.

The club recognises that this is a serious issue for supporters and has drafted in additional telephone call handlers to ease the situation as much as possible.

Supporters wishing to purchase tickets to a forthcoming fixture are advised that they can do so in person by visiting the Ticket Office within the new City Fanstore from 9am - 5pm on Friday and from 9am until 1.00pm on Saturday.

After 1.00pm on Saturday, tickets can be purchased from either Sub Ticket Office 2 or the Ticket Sales Trailer, which will be positioned adjacent to Sub Ticket Office 2.

The Ticket Office at the City Fanstore will also be open on Sunday from 10.00am-2.00pm, and from 9am on Monday.

Supporters, however, are strongly urged to purchase their tickets via the Clubs 24-hour, online ticket service CLICK HERE

All season ticket cards have now been sent to season ticket holders. If you haven't received your season ticket by Saturday, please visit the Ticket Office in the new City Fanstore in person before 1.00pm.

If you have received your season ticket card, the Club highly recommends that you check your seating details are correct. To check your season ticket details online:

Visit www.lcfcdirect.com and click the 'log in' tab in the top right hand corner

Select the 'Members Log in' option in the middle section of the screen and input your details. If you already have a password then log in with your client ref and password. If you do not have a password you can select the option to log in with your client reference number and post code.

Once logged into your account select the option for 'Purchase History' (picture of Steve Walsh) where you will be able to see the correct details of your season ticket seat(s)

If your seating details differ from those on your season ticket card, please return your card to the Ticket Office within the new City Fanstore before 1.00pm on Saturday where staff will be able to help rectify any problems with your season card. After 1pm you should visit Sub Ticket Office 1.

Please do not call the Ticket Office for this particular enquiry.

If your enquiry doesn't need an urgent response, you are advised to email the Ticket Office with details of your query, and full contact details, and a member staff will respond to you as soon as possible. Regrettably, tickets cannot be purchased via email. Please email your query to [email protected]

The Club apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Your patience and understanding with this matter is greatly appreciated.

They never pick the phones up. It takes at least 20 mins to get through sometimes longer and when you do you are on the phone for all of a minute so I dont understand why it takes so long to answer the call. Its not as if they are thousands of people ringing up at the same time

The lcfcdirect site is crap and doesnt work half the time

Poor excuses and they need to sort the problem out but at least they have now acknowledge the problem

Its quicker and cheaper just going down to the stadium yourself. They never respond to email quick enough, lcfcdirect is **** and they dont pick the phones up
