Someone please explain this to me. I bought a season ticket and paid the xtra £30 or so quid to be able to buy tickets in advance of general sale. So, the Chelsea tickets go on sale at 9am and my lovely wife sat on the phone for 30mins for me to be told that only members could buy today and that I have my ticket for my membership (ie my season ticket!!) and would not sell her one. What have I paid the £30 xtra for?!! Confused.
As I understand it, the £30 gives you an extra 30 loyalty points, so you will have 140 (season ticket) plus 30. 170 points gets you first place when it comes to away tickets. I'm not sure whether it helps you get additional tickets at home games...seems not
Quite a few people have had problems along these lines this season, someone needs to look into what's going on at the Ticket Office.I don't think they can cope with all the demand for tickets! They need to replace the mutants working in there and replace them with people who know what their doing!
My understanding of it was as a season ticket holder you needed to buy the membership to enable you to purchase one extra ticket before the tickets went on general sale.
I rang at lunch and they sold me one, though sadly, by then, not near where I sit!! I am still confused. Windsor, I don't think that is correct. The whole point of the Super ST status is be able to buy early tickets??
Does seem strange and annoying Rangers til I die...although maybe the box office knows that you are taking the wrong son to the game...
I just purchased two extra tickets. Hit the members tab and then assign your client reference number and it should work
