Hi all, long time guest user, not much of a contributor until now.

Thought this maybe a place to get some help with a ticket problem I nave. I've managed to get myself a my 7 yr old daughter a ticket each for the Reading game (this will be the first match she's been to). However the box office have sent tickets that are not sat together even though our memberships are linked.

So can anyone offer any advice as to how I can get two seats together? Any suggestions appreciated.

Welcome to the wonderful world of contribution!

Wow... That sounds like a bit of a pain, why have the manky gits done that? How far apart are the seats? Did you order those specific seats, or just ask for two over the phone?

If you ordered them from the net, I doubt you can do much except go to the box office and get a refund, then get some more.

AB is more experienced with the box office I believe, hopefully he comes along soon with a helpful solution for you.

Our box office isn't known as being the best. I know somebody that could possibly help you out but he's rather hard to get in touch with these days.

I think if you live near Reading their BO will be more helpful than ours was in trying to get you two seats together.

It kind of beggars belief a seven year old not being given a ticket with her dad though.

Once again, nil pois for the BO.

Was over there today and a guy behind the counter (scouse dialect) didn't even know the price of the tickets for the home games. <doh>

If the worst comes to the worst and you can't find anybody to change tickets with, you could always let the kid sit on your knee.
