Unfortunately for you mate, I think they've got it spot on.

Pass holders should have priority over somebody who has been to "most home games".

That was always going to be the case, it was announced before tickets for the semis went on sale.

No system is ever going to keep everyone happy but this way they do have a small chance of keeping the majority happy, prioritising those that go the most, and they're including "family" sections which is another good bit of news.

I'm sorry for your mate, but, this shouldn't have been unexpected.

I think there will always be unique circumstances of people who can't for whatever reason apply to this but they can't please everyone. Well done City

Hull City are delighted to confirm ticket arrangements for the FA Cup with Budweiser Final with Arsenal.

The Final takes place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 17th May (KO 5pm) and the Club has received an allocation of 25,000 tickets for the Eastern end of the stadium, the same end we were allocated for the semi-final.

Tickets for the Final are priced:

    Adults: £45/£65/£85
    Concessions: £35/£55/£75
(Please note that the most expensive price band (£115) will again be allocated for sponsors, corporate partners and guests)

Tickets will be sold in four phases, with details outlined below, and it is important to note at this point that every one of our Season Card holders is guaranteed a ticket for the Final if they want one.

Also, following feedback from supporters who attended our semi-final, we will be setting aside a family area in each price category. If you wish to sit in these areas, please request at the time of purchasing. However, please note that if these sections are not filled, remaining seats will be available to all at the general sale phase.

PHASE ONE – SEASON CARD HOLDERS THAT PURCHASED TICKETS FOR THE SEMI-FINAL
First priority will be given to Season Card holders that purchased tickets for our FA Cup with Budweiser Semi-Final against Sheffield United (one ticket per Season Card holder).

Tickets will go on sale as follows:
    West Stand Season Card Holders
Wednesday 23rd April (in person only)
Thursday 24th April (in person and by telephone)

    South Stand Season Card Holders
Friday 25th April (in person only)
Saturday 26th April (in person and by telephone)

    East Stand Season Card Holders
Sunday 27th April (in person only)
Monday 28th April (in person and by telephone)

The KC Stadium Ticket Office will be open from 8am-8pm on weekdays, and from 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that on days when tickets are available in person only, all ticket office phone lines will be closed. Supporters wishing to purchase tickets for Premier League games should do so online.

Wembley seating blocks will be allocated to each stand and Season Card holders will be able to choose from the blocks allocated to their stand.

PHASE TWO – SEASON CARD HOLDERS
Tickets will be available to remaining Season Card holders on the following days (one ticket per Season Card holder):

Tuesday 29th April (in person only)
Wednesday 30th April (in person and by telephone)

The KC Stadium Ticket Office will be open from 8am-8pm on the above days. Please note that on Tuesday 29th April, all ticket office phone lines will be closed. Supporters wishing to purchase tickets for Premier League games should do so online.

PHASE THREE – GENERAL SALE TO SUPPORTERS WHO PURCHASED TICKETS FOR THE SEMI-FINAL
Supporters who purchased tickets for our FA Cup with Budweiser Semi-Final against Sheffield United can purchase tickets for the Final on the following days (one ticket per semi-final ticket bought):

Thursday 1st May (in person only)
Friday 2nd May (in person and by telephone)

The KC Stadium Ticket Office will be open from 8am-8pm on the above days. Please note that on Thursday 1st May, all ticket office phone lines will be closed. Supporters wishing to purchase tickets for Premier League games should do so online.

    PHASE FOUR – GENERAL SALE
Should any tickets remain, these will be placed on open sale on Tuesday 6th May. Further details will follow in due course.

Oh ****! As I'm buying this under a West Stand Season Ticket holder pass who went to the Semi, I can only book it by phone on 24th.

I'm bloody well moving house that day! Please please don't let it require hours of phone queuing as I will not have the time. Is there any reason why they don't allow these to booked online and save fans, (and no doubt staff) a load of hassle?

the only change I would make is that phase 3 should be for people who went to the semi and are on the database for at least 2 other games.

I doubt the online booking system could handle the criteria set out for the final tickets. E.g. only allow certain people purchase tickets at certain times.

I'd have made it people who bought tickets for the semi final, Brighton or Southend(though I suspect those at Brighton and Southend were already at the semi).

Do I travel to Hull on the 1st of may to que for a ticket or do I risk leaving it until the day after to phone for tickets. I was hoping they would set aside a percentage for out of towners like they did for the semi's.

Having to buy your ticket in person/on the phone allows the club to ask where you want to sit/stand. If they have listened to all of us then the seats towards the front will be sitting and all those that want to sing and stand will be towards the back and together.

If this is the case we may all end up reasonably happy with the arrangements.

This should remove most of the issues around standing/sitting, singing/not singing, etc. Hopefully no more issues with people getting punched in the back of the head as a result.

Though having to turn up in person or hang on the phone is a minor ballache.

It would still be possible to send email applications like the semi final.
