Interesting runner today as it shaped really nicely that day, travelled so well but stopped very quickly in the face of the Sandown hill. The yard had the winner of the race that day but in a post race interview the trainer said he had fancied this fella. Today they reach for some tackle, tongue tie and pieces and the handicapper has aided their cause by dropping it 4lbs! Has drifted all morning from around 9/2 all the way out to 14/1 but in the last hour its been nibbled back in to 9's.
I am expecting a big run.

I like the Henry DeBromhead trained Joueuse Royale (4/1) today which runs at 15:30 in Thurles. Felt she didn't appreciate Ballinrobe when well supported lto and Thurles is a fairer track so hopefully she can build on that expected promise with the yard now among the winners lately.

Good luck anyone having a go today.

I think she hit or fluffed almost all hurdles, the last one was the final nail in the coffin. She was staying on best again even after having to switch in the last 150yrds. Just not to be unfortunately.
