Wizards bridge looks a very nice price in the 1.30 Wincanton. Back down to a winning mark. I fear the Nicholls horse.

Two geldings by Nathanial in the Wincanton bumper but the McNeils have a nice one too and also Perfect Predator who was a non- runner the other day.

Morning, Royals. Morning, Celebrities. Morning, ordinary members of the public.

Just 4, I say 4, declared for Saturday’s ‘Tingle Creek’! Although I note they are already being monikered the ‘Fantastic Four’!

As a huge fan of Sceau Royal i think this could be his big day. He has his ground, clearly likes the track and there should be a very good pace (the phrase „lickety-spit“ Springs to mind). I can see him slipstreaming the leaders approaching the pond fence with Jacob motionless and then the moment of truth - can he go past them and put the race to bed? Best renewal of the race sine the Moscow Flyer / Azertyuiop / Well Chief race.

Haven’t seen the contest but see that Adjali is now single figures, in a couple of places, (12, 14 and 16’s available elsewhere, currently) to Triumph (boom, boom!) at Cheltenham in March. I wonder how much he cost the Munir / Souede axis, incidentally??? More than a book of 1st class stamps, I’d wager.

The Weekender stated that long term he was ‘more than a juvenile hurdler’ (whatever that actually means). The last 4 winners of that heat though have atrocious form figures of 1/31 from the next term onwards. The winner the year before those 4 ain’t, I say ain’t, done too badly subsequently though. What, what?!?
