They blame high ticket prices and the fact the game is on Sky for the poor turn out. Tickets in advance cost £37 for an adult and £25 for concessions (60+ and u22s) while prices increase by £5 if you buy tickets on the day. How much lower are ticket prices elsewhere in the Championship? I cant wait to see who PH picks and puts out on Sunday, as it must give us a clue on what hes thinking and the way he wants to play. Yes we know Ayling is out until next season, but Saiz, Cooper and Berardi are all back next week and I'm guessing Saiz is the only shoe-in. That midfield on Sunday will deffo give us a clue especially if a couple of newspaper stories are true. Both stories, one from Holland and one from the UK say that O'Kane has been spoken to by Orta and apparently O'Kane got both barrels about his future performances. '....... Mike I suppose the only way to look at the Roberts situation is to not think of it as £2.5m wasted and hope the kid is able to live up to his billing and prove we have a bargain who by middle of next season is priced at £15m
Morning all Small club takes a little fans to away game cos they are a small club. Only reason why. They can create as many excuses as possible but they are a small club. I love this DOF system let's bring somebody on their wiki stats or their FIFA scare card. Why did we spend money on this Japanese guy? He not actually good enough if he can't get in to a Spanish second tier starting 11. The way things are going I doubt we'll pick up many points. The rot has set in and I doubt it will pick up anytime soon. Too many mediocre players not enough talent.
Well it’s going to be interesting to see PH team selection for this weekend, I think we have to go all out and get a run going, Ekudan and Lassoga upfront for me, Forshaw and Viera together in the middle, Pontus and Pennington that makes a good solid backbone in the team in my eyes.
Wolves has a valid point though doesn't he about Idaguchi, and lets not forget nobody has told us wtf happened with Ousam Bouy who did a runner. He only played once out there and kept going missing, then he does a runner before Xmas back to Leeds, but where is he? He isn't playing for the kids or the first team even when the first team are all suspended and injured. Is he crap then?
If that’s right about O’Kane then it isn’t Orta’s job to bollock him, that should be down to PH. He should have no say in who plays and if he does it explains our problem.
Orta gave O'Kane a new long contract, PH just arrived, but remember PH, Orta and Radz are looking at who goes and who stays next season. We were told that players had to show they wanted to be here? We dont know if PH was present when the stuff kicked off or if its true
