Sorry meant **** off: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66941765 What a load of bullshit - trying to make it sound like football fans are getting worse... 2264 arrest's last season... (note at the bottom they say this is the first time woman's games arrests and drug related arrests at matches have been included bumping the numbers to fit an agenda). If you take the 92 clubs league matches, cups from 32 games (64 teams, not preliminary rounds of the FA cup) and woman's super league (only) that's 4462 matches so roughly one arrest every other game. Not including, lower leagues (conference - down), grassroots, woman's leagues or cups under the WSL or any form of internationals (which would have included the world cup and fan parks last season) or any other form of football related arrests.
Sensationalised news is becoming more and more prevalent and it leads to youtubers and journalists like Craig the ponce Hope throwing more fuel on the flames. English football fans need to be kept in check mind. They should ban anyone that gets arrested I don't understand why people can't watch the match without getting into bother.
Bunch of wet wipes, most of them would've **** their pants going to games in the 70s/80s ... Having said that, agree with Munse, never understood why people can't just go to a game, enjoy it, and not get into bother
Article probably written by a rugby union loving toff who is jealous that football is miles more popular than rugby. 99% of football fans are just normal people who don't cause any bother.
