There are too many things going on at once for me to post in every topic so I want to sum up my feelings here on the current issues.

We are still doing well. This team is second in the league and comfortably in the automatics. Had someone showed me this league table last summer when MA was first announced I would have laughed it down, MA came in late in the summer and had to bring in players quickly, some have not worked out (Strevens is a key example) others have been incredible for us, Burton, Barrett and Weston for instance.

That leads me onto the 'clear out'. MA is trying to clear out some of the chaff to make room in the budget for new players, this makes perfect sense, people complaining about Essam, Jackman, Stevens and the like leaving must have not seen any of our team sheets this season! The 3 of them have done little for the team to put it where it is, regardless of your personal feelings on these players we cannot afford at our level to keep everyone on a 'just in case' basis. If the rumours sending Jackman to Kidderminster are true then ask yourself if he is such a fine player why is he leaving league football, I said it before, last season he looked great, but we as a whole looked tat. The rose tinted specs are on in full with Jackman, I remember 2 seasons ago he was tripe and the target for the boo boys. Form comes and goes. During this window we have brought in Legge who we all agree has looked the business so far, Gregory who has had a couple of iffy performances but overall is a good player and will improve and Cody Mac. I mean for gods sake, Cody, our hero, a legend in a blue shirt is back and people knock the managers transfer dealings? If clearing out some fringe players is the price we must pay to get Cody into the club then it is one we should take willingly.

We have got a problem at home, this is clear to all but the idea MA has lost the dressing room and that he has lost the plot doesn't add up. We are STILL winning away from home, if we were playing poorly home and away I would question MA and the teams relationship but we are not. There is a block with our home form, both in the players minds and in MA's we need to break it. Hopefully the arrival of Cody will help.

Then we move onto the club as a whole.

We are part of a family again, Gillingham talk to us and they listen to us, twitter accounts such as Monty Allen, the account for MA's dog are retweeted by the club and mentioned by the players. I have had chats with Keds, Charlie Allen, Legge, Weston and more this season via twitter, they seem to be more apporachable and more 'family' oriented than ever before.

We will keep fighting this season, we will go up. Allen has a plan, there will be more players coming in, Tomlin for instance would be a great signing for us. We need to stop acting like a draw is a loss and remember our place, we are a small club from Kent who are aiming high and it will not be a walk in the park but we will do it.

Get behind the boys, get behind the manager and the owner and the backroom staff and we will make it.
