Tomorrow really is the last chance, if we do in fact have any chance. I can see only 3 teams to go after who are Wigan, Sunderland and Stoke. In fact I think Wigan may be difficult and have a game in hand, but the other two have been so bad lets hope that continues and we can take advantage. Not long ago Southampton and Villa were near to us, get a number of wins and look what happens. If Sunderland lose and we beat Wigan we are 5 points of 17th. Still would need 5 more wins in my opinion.
Yes, tomorrow is last chance saloon. Fail to win and we are goners. Win and beat Stoke in a couple of weeks and things might get interesting again.
I have not been very optimistic recently since we never got the results needed but I can see us catching up with Sunderland (never mind Wigan) thus looking Forward to tomorrows game. 5 more games at home plus another winnable game at Reading should give us a Little Chance to survive in the PL. PS: I would appreciate any help where I can look up if a game is fixed.
Hi, as you are from Germany, I am guessing there is a slight misunderstanding with regards to the word "fixed". Do you mean the time and date of the match has been set? If so, all our games up to and including Stoke at home have been set. The Arsenal, Newcastle and Liverpool games potentially could be moved. My understanding is that the last two, Newcastle and Liverpool won't be moved and the Arsenal one still might get moved. The Newcastle game is on the Sunday after the FA Cup final and the last games of the season away at Liverpool will kick off as scheduled as the last games all kick off at the same time. Therefore I can't see either being moved. The Arsenal game is becoming a nothing game as each hour goes by so my guess is that it won't be moved. It is 4 weeks away today and they still haven't made an announcement when it is on. Very difficult for anybody to plan travel on that basis. The best place to watch for news is the QPR official website or the sky sports website.
Since the last game I tried to attend (Liverpool) was changed to a Sunday (after I had already booked the flight unfortunately) I wanted to make sure that I do find the right day this time. I do already have the tickets but Need to make sure that I do find the right day So in case there is an official site where to look up the correct day / time that would help a lot. ...and of course there are only 4 home games left....
Yep....must win tomorrow or it's curtains. Should be a good atmosphere as it's do or die! Wigan's game in hand is a bummer. Villa winning today has made it even harder for us I'm afraid.
4 home games - tomorrow ok Stoke - ok Arsenal - don't book travel yet, big risk it will get moved Newcastle - don't book travel yet, less of a risk it will get moved. The QPR official website and Sky Sports websites are the only official ones to confirm when games are on. I hope that helps.
Very reliant on other teams' results from now on - short of us winning 6 of the remaining 7 we need others to pick up virtually nothing. If we end up on 37 points and still go down, which is very possible, I won't be complaining, but we have to give ourselves a chance with a few wins. Looking forward to another performance like the Sunderland one tomorrow. Remy up front from the start please.
Chill lads ... on the south bank Don't worry so x Villa still have tough matches It's never over until its over and won't be tomorrow either
sorry DT it will be over if we don't win tomorrow but i have full confidence in the team to win & win well.
Sunderland and Stoke are the teams you could catch. As has been said you must win tomorrow. If you do that though both of them have tough fixtures.
Sorry matey, was only having a laugh anyway! The FA may be pretty incompetent but even they would have noticed if Tony bought you an extra home game! Looking forward to the match tomorrow, very much. On the one hand you have some talented players, but on the other we're playing well, the team seems calm and relaxed, we're coming off a couple of home wins but our away form has been better this season - and if Chris Samba hasn't drastically improved his fitness in the last week I think Kone might rip him a new one! I think the one thing we're confident of is that form goes out the window now - it's about desire and focus. I'm hoping that losing ground on safety today will continue to deflate QPR's belief - and we can take advantage.
