Looks like we have three separate leagues in The Premiership. The first league, we are not expected to get fug all from, but a surprise three points so far...bargain!

Section A
Arsenal
Tottenham
Man City
Man Utd
Chelsea

The second league, if we managed a point from each of these games, and I include a strong Swansea side in this, that would be most satisfactory I believe. So far so good in this one!

Section B
Liverpool
Everton
Swansea

The third section is the crucial one, 11 sides going for it. If we could win at least once against these, we could survive this season. So far a disappointing 1 from 6.

Section C
West Ham
Southampton
Fulham
Norwich
Stoke
Newcastle
Hull
Aston Villa
Crystal Palace
West Brom
Sunderland.

Next up a daunting game against an A side, followed by a crucial couple against sides, we could beat!

I would have

Section B
Liverpool
Everton
West Ham
Southampton
Swansea

But if only 3 are allowed into that section Liverpool into A and Swansea into C

Liverpool will very much be an A side this season IMO.

Every team that stays up comfortably gets some points from the A section.

does this assume that safety 40 points or so....39 if my maths is correct at the moment.
Why not the raehr good idea of 12 ppints from each ten games approach
that gives a bit of measure and weight to when we pick up an A point
