Before the games against Swansea, Norwich and Stoke I posted a thread about where we could be after three games playing teams just above us, saying that it was rare to have such a sequence. having just looked at our fixture and those of the three team above us we have another mini league comming up. We play Arsenal WBA Newcastle Arsenal play Sunderland Spurs Liverpool Liverpool play Man U League Cup Final Arsenal Newcastle play Spurs Wolves Sunderland If and it is a massive if we can win the three games we could find that we are right in the mix for forth place, if we dont then it is the cup and only the cup to play for. Question is can we do it?
3 wins from them games? No...but that's my opinion only. The cup....who knows what can happen... I'm hoping we progress to the next round, and Blackpool beat Everton, and we draw them.....SKP and all that.

I diid say tat it was a big if, but it might happen I dont expect it to I hope it does. I would be happy with 5 points from these games anu mor is a bonus. The question is what if we do win all three.
SAFC still havent passed the 'safe from relegation' point target of 40 points so I wouldn't get too carried away...

We have 2 games in a row against Arsenal btw, the 2nd i would rather win, but it would be nice to win both. Suppose today will tell us a whole lot more about where we may end up this season, If Arsenal play us off the park, and score a sack full, we still have a lot of work to do, if we fight tooth and nail and we get beat by 1 goal, it isnt all doom and gloom, and we can beat them in the cup, If we win, then we can really start to dream of Wembley (its still just a dream though)
