He's only 19 years old and has one hell of a frame for his age which helps. I get the feeling that he could be bloody amazing after a season in the Championship and the experience it will bring, but at this stage he can just continue to be an impact sub. Agree with you 100%. Would like to see him have a run in the team rather than sub, I recall he had a mini run of starts last season and scored 3 in 3. I certainly wouldn't want to defend against him with his speed and physique
Well that's dead in the water then. Sounds like he was getting greedy with the money, not something he can afford to do since he wasn't even a starter.
It is worrying to hear that 19 year-olds are negotiating this hard for their deals. The lad has only made about 8 career league starts and is already above his station! We move on...
Most likely his agent trying to get more money, Silly move really since he will be playing reserve football this season now.
