I even backed you with my hard earned cash, good to see you have well and truly turned the corner, i think you will finish in the place you are now, on 37-38 points, so its to early to say well done, but you get my drift would like to see wigan stay up as well
Hi Traveller, welcome back. Yes indeed you did but those of us with wise heads are not counting chickens just yet. Nearly, but not yet. A win away to WBA and I think all but the most die hard sceptic will begin to properly believe.
looking at bolton and b.b they are shot to bits, i mean we won 3-0 up there says it all, we have not let you down so far, can see you beating stoke 2-0, awful team on the road, wba have nothing to play for, spurs in very bad form, and cfc not the force they once were, but they do have a 12th and 13th man the ref and the lino, all in all i can see 7-8 points there, i was getting worried a while ago, 3 home wins in a row, and some amazing victories, its all looking good now
bit harsh swords...thought this was quite a nice post tbh (regardless of the told you so aspect) back to the OP...us Rs fans are generally a nervous bunch and tend to expect the worst, so you wont get anyone agreeing with you just yet!
I did say 2 months ago that we'd go down. Only when I am sitting in the Loft next season still in the Premiership will I believe otherwise! QPR are the kind of club who might get enough points to stay up but get some sort of ban from the FA for not having the right bog roll in the toilets and have 10 points deducted. NOTHING is ever as it seems at Rangers but we still love them anyway.
Don't feel too bad Grove. I said 2 months ago we'd go down, 6 weeks ago we'd stay up, 4 weeks ago we'd go down, 2 weeks ago we'd stay up.................. I havnae a clue what will happen
Agree with you FT, it would be nice if we and Wigan stay up out of the 5 at the bottom, I think most people wrote us and Wigan off back in January...
Cheers Traveller, I've always said we would stay up, it's in my nature to never ever give up. Hopefully we can take the current momentum into the next few games, and manage to secure our premiership status before the final game of the season. In doing so, we'll be delirious and you'll get to trouser a few quid.
As this is a repentance bonding session, I'd better join in. I claimed the middle (realist) ground but did not see a way out a few weeks ago. That had me firmly in the "doomed" camp. I hold the same middle ground now but am a new born believer that we might just about do it. IF we do it will be a bloody miracle of the sort that only QPR can do.
Welcome to the real world Swords! With all these appalling refereeing decisions going down mainly in favour of the big clubs, about anything can happen:
