Me and City1904 were talking about this last week - it's such an easy win for the club. Invite pass holders to the training ground and put on an open training session - charge £2 to get in with all proceeds going to the club's official charity for the season. Have a BBQ and bar, a few inflatables and invite all the sponsors to showcase what they do and then once the training sessions done have the players mingle around for a few hours.

It honestly could be organised in a morning, and it's a chance to re-engage with supporters, but the club's too lazy/doesn't care enough to do it.

Have you been to the training ground ? You would struggle getting 200 in let alone 2000+ and the problems it would cause with the local residents who already find parking a nightmare
