Soton going for a better result than US! 5 - 1

BERRA off means 3 more ex city players will not be making it to WEMGLEE...

Will the Gas win? opinions.... Hopefully they will but it is a similar scenario to ours, we got turned over by their neighbours! but it was a Hull of a game!

fine days football some "exciting" scenarios and now it seems HULL will be playing us yet again next season, Leics last 10 games would have put them 4th and WHU relegated

Looks like Hull. Not a bad thing, we have to look who can get points off of next season- Newcastle would be very strong again in the championship.

I don't think next season will be a case of easy games against anyone or teams we could more easily pick up points against . not least those from the prem.... my initial thoughts are 57 points based on face value of teams already sorted. (+ hull, PNE Southend )

We have had a good season.. minimum injuries, fixtures falling right, good mix of top teams and then bottom teams etc, also managed to avoid to many occasions when a team hit a purple streak , worrying thing is/was Wilbs, aside, the lack of a solid strike force, failure to get a good back up / top striker could be our make or break

We played many teams in their purple spell as you put it, but unfortunately for them ours was brighter. This spread of fixtures you commented on was proved to be bollocks, in the fact that every time you said we need to watch out for them we beat them.
