FLOREST 42 v BRENTFRD # 37 FLOREST changed manager whilst near the top in a tight division where a run of 3 results can seriously affect your status now just in top half but only 5pts away from top 6 Come on BRENTFRD A DRAW at least ! When a comment like " only 5 pts off top 6" is made it is never that easy just get 5 pts! It is likely it will need more than just 2 games to do it, the team in current 6th will need to drop at least 5pts, IN THE SAME NUMBER OF GAMES YOU NEED to get them, the teams between you and top 6th will also need to drop those points as well, in Florests case, there are 6 teams all in a position to be 6th [ currently held by CITY!] ………….. DERBY and CITY both have a game in hand! THE CRUNCH this will be from about game 41 onwards ……...
What an amazing comeback 2 games in hand over both .. but still need 3 wins versus 3 losses to overhaul Sheff Utd [55] and Vila [44] need 2 games on points OR a single win to get better GD
Let down by Hull a draw would have been magic, QPR lost out on a point giving all 3 to Birmingham Brentford were all over Florest and should have drawn at least … Stoke only lost by 1 goal could have made it 1-1 and helped us out! WE ARE NOW neck and neck with Derby, Midds in range and agame in hand and 4 points above 8th … MID WEEK GAMES WILL BE INTERESTING
