ahh so are you back on the protein?

Never really stopped, but I'm more into fitness now and if I'm honest I'm struggling with it …. body is going through a shock and I went at it like a bull at a gate which was foolish. I think I prefer just weights , but i'm going to just got through the smoke like colt trickle and win this thing.
