Wigan chairman Dave Whelan is insisting on receiving a fee of £9miilion for Victor Moses. The 21-year-old has been linked with Chelsea, Liverpool, QPR and Sunderland but the Blues appear to be leading the race but their offer is not what the Latics supremo wants. âChelsea have got to make their mind up - yes or no - and at present theyâre messing about a little bit which is unusual for Chelsea because theyâre up front if they want someone. They would usually go and make a bid and get the player,â he told Sky Sports News. âWith Victor, Chelsea have come in with offers including payments later etc. Itâs unusual for Chelsea because theyâre usually a very straightforward club. âIf they come with the fee, weâll sell him. If they donât, weâll keep him. âIâd like to keep Victor - I think heâll benefit enormously from spending another season - or two or three seasons - under Roberto Martinez. â HOPE WE ARE IN THE DRIVING SEAT, looks like poxy moxey has met his match
