I'd say definitely not. Levi is probably shrewdest negiator in football - certainly way ahead of peter Storey. Hw also seems to be the first Chairman that has managed to keep harry under reasonable control.
Devo, I think you will find that as both Spurs and Stoke are involved in this transfer, that we now owe each of those clubs £500,000. Remember the Asmir Begovic deal involving the same 3 clubs..............
