Who says anyone named is "associated with" *****philia? You? The fact that the victim is already back-peddling and issued an apology tells you just how careful we have to be when looking at allegations going back years. As a Cardiff fan I thought you'd agree - didn't the same thing happen to your former manager?

Being rightly repulsed by *****philes doesn't mean you start lynching anyone who is accused without evidence.

 

Update: Just been announced on TV that McAlpine (quite rightly) is taking legal action against "all media sources" that have spread these malicious lies following the unreserved apology from the original victim. You might want a re-think about this thread mods, but like I said it's up to you.

 

As far as i can see the only pperson who has named any public figure is KJ and Dragon, just because somebody posted a link carrying information it does not mean they are accusing that certain induvidual.
The fact you have both named the specific person in this forum means it is you both who are treading the fine line, nobody else mentioned any names and the topic was a general discussion about the current state of affairs. By mentioning names to go with this general discussion have you now have now made that person guilty by association which in itself could well be deemed as defamation of charactor.

Im a bit unsure of your motives on this thread, considering you decided to "not post anymore" you dont like the way non football topics promote hysteria,yet here you are promoting mass hysteria via the forum..a true contridiction

Think some need to read more, the establishments first rule on these matters is always denial, the fact that most of the witnesses are now dead, through suicide or otherwise, makes any case against them very difficult to prove, but the original post was taken from many sites around the internet, as the links show, and had the original Waterhouse cover up, allowed for the wider investigation to figures at the top of government then justice would have come to the victims. the Waterhouse report I have read in full, it's conclusion is unbelievable given it acknowledged there was indeed a *****phile ring in North Wales, but getting at the truth was not the priority, just as it wasn't at Jersey when they suspended the head of the police operation, simply because he was getting closer to the truth, the 'secrecy culture' is what is driving the issue on the internet, and why, because those at the top do not want you to know what really is going on.

The fact that police chief, Graham Power claimed he was punished for daring to investigate allegations against some of the Jersey's power players, states it all! In his own words: "'I was suspended by the very government whose institutions were being investigated." and then came all the discrediting of the evidence he had found, but that was not enough for the powers at the top, they then stopped Leah McGrath Goodman, Author, and Investigative Journalist, from reporting, and removing here from the Island, revoking even her working Visa here in the UK. The UK border control even illegally detained her for endless hours under Heathrow airport, before sending here back to the USA, there has been a campaign since to get her working visa back, but the garbage at the top, have still not done so, or provided a shred of reason why they illegally held her, though those of us who see through this corrupt system know she was simply turned away because those at the top didn't want the truth to come out, because they had too much to hide, and it was the same reasons in North Wales all those years back.

- it is also disgusting that people are being bandied and people drawer their own conclusions, rightly or wrongly (not me).

so i really dont know why you say to me 'doesn't mean you start lynching anyone who is accused without evidence' because i actually stated that its awful that people who are being accused will forever be associated, guilty or not, whether we like it or not.

As for MODS knowing the peramitors of what content is legal, i aint seen any kind of guidlines or read any kind of written agreement or ticked any boxes or been given anything with small print on it so therefore the buck is firmly passed onto the guys that run/own the site ..

 

This is part of the Conclusion of the Waterhouse report, the fact that Waterhouse himself hid behind a narrow remit, and deliberately didn't pursue any matter relating to 'other men' out side the care system, while acknowledging that there was indeed a *****phile ring at the time, and that two of those running the Residential care home for boys, where part of that *****phile ring, beggars belief, and much of the assumptions made by Waterhouse are to say the least naive in the extreme, but more likely a device to protect the High profile 'other men'! ..............

Once again Phil the Div jumped in feet first and got things wrong. We have a legal system and a court of law to deal with these disgusting perverts, mob rule such as that whipped up by Phil the Div should not be allowed. It appears that Lord Mcalpine is completely innocent of all charges, cleared by the accuser. Mob mentality would have seen this guy severely hurt, as it is his reputation is besmirched and no doubt Phil the Div and his mob will shout no smoke without fire. It puts me in mind of the paedeatrician whose home was destroyed by a mob who thought he was a *****phile, same mentality. I've taken the liberty of forwarding a link of this tripe to Lord Mcalpine. Trouble is Norway it all stemmed from not investigating properly in the first place, the Jillings report never saw light of day, because Clywd county council where more concerned of the authorities insurance cover if evidence was revealed, and that was the sole reason for it being buried, that and compensation claims, sad to say that was more important the children! talking of children got a few of my old fans back on here, all of two, both the same individual if you ask me!..............
