Rangers went into administration on ST Valentine's day but it wasn't done with love and there are different strings not fully sorted out. Rangers died and were liquidated on Halloween. Both dates are easily remembered, some will remember the old club fondly and some will regard it as a bad chapter closed in Scottish Football. One that should never have been allowed to open and one which hopefully will never be repeated. Yesterday was sad enough and memorable enough for all the wrong reasons by huns fans but although 28,000 entered Ibrox Park, some paid and a significant number got free tickets, not one person made any reference to the club's death earlier in the day. However when the team died on the field. Beaten at home by a deliberately selected under strength Caley team at last the paid-in and the free admitted fans showed what they thought of the team dying. I would have thought it was more appropriate for the fans to show their displeasure at the club's death than the death of the team. Dead ex Rangers like Davie Cooper, Jim Baxter E Young etc. must have spent the night tossing and turning in their grave. Which would concern them most, the club death, or the team death.
Not gonna bother reading that but I'm guessing its Super Hoops banging on again about how good the Gers are. We get it mate.
