It saddens me to think people like this still exist. Not only that, but the woman who buts in with 'and I'm English' line. I hope she was just trying reason with the racist and didn't actually agree with the racist that the other woman wasn't English. Saddest thing about the whole situation, though, is that her child will be raised and educated by her.

 

Grew up in the States and whilst living in Arkansas my mum was given racist abuse because her hair was curly from a perm. Two guys in a pick up truck pulled up next to her at the traffic lights, took one look and began a rant.

My brother and I were sitting in the back seats and they began ranting at us.

I was 5 years old and my brother was 6.

We moved to Texas where a school friend of mine came round to the house several times after school. Because he was black our neighbours tried to tell me that my friend was 'from the wrong side of the tracks and shouldn't be made welcome'.

It was the first time I'd ever told an adult to 'Go **** themselves'.

Literally cannot describe how angry this video makes me ! The worst thing about racism for me is she talks about our country, one of the things that makes me proud to be English/British is that we can accept people from all walks of life and ethnic cultures. On top of all that our economy strives through overseas workers coming here to work so to 'kick them all out' as she puts it would most likely mean her dole money or what ever she gets is reduced significantly

My Mam never told me this story herself (it was an uncle, and even then it was only a couple of years ago) but she brought a few of her mates back from Uni (they were all Geordies) to stay with her at her home in Northern Ireland.

My Mam is 5"00 and and theres nout to her, yet a group of fully grown men started shouting, asking her where she was from and what her last name was. When she didn't answer one of them cracked her in the stomach, the other in the face.

Seeing how shocked I was, my uncle smiled and said "don't worry, me and your uncle John went out and found them!"

But still...Its shocking the things people will do and feel justified in doing due to the colour of someones skin, their nationality or their religion!

 

Her kid stand's no chance in life having a mother like her.
