Been to dentist and the rest of the afternoon I'm spending in town. Absolutely glorious weather that makes everyone good natured and smiley. Went to the Belmont Street Market and picked up some venison steaks and strong Cashel Blue cheese. Marvellous. What's the best way to cook venison? No WUMS please.
Venison eh? i bet that was dear. Fry them with an onion. 30 seconds a side and keep flipping till they're done. Enjoy!
The only times I've had venison it was a haunch(?) and it was done in the oven with garlic, olive oil, vine tomatoes and red wine. Yum yum.
