I'm not saying we're going to win the champions league but our signings so far have been great, i've been very impressed with our business so far this summer, i was a bit concerned that we would have to wait after the european championship tp make our first signing but we did it before that, of course the quality of player we got in the summer of 2007 was world class when you think about it Hargreaves was England's best player and we did try to sign him the year before but we got him a year later and to be fair he did help us win the double in his first season with us but it went downhill from there because of injuries, Tevez, he was a fans favourite at Old Trafford, he scored crucial goals for us and ran his socks off but he didn't play much for us in his second season due to the arrivial of Berbatov, Nani, this came out of the blue, no-one knew we were signing him and i think some of our rivals were interested in signing him, and when he first arrived he was compared to Ronaldo which was unfair to be honest, he was class in his first season for us scored some world class goals for us in his first season at United, his second season was stop-start due to inconsistency but in his third season when Ronaldo left for a world record fee to join Real Madrid, he relished in the chance of being the main man, in his fourth season he helped us to win the premier league for the 12th time and our 19th league title. ANderson was another shock signing, when he first came, he was being compared to Ronaldinho, which was huge comparison to put on a young player and to be fair he was excellent went to Anfield and dominated against Gerrard and when we played Arsenal, he had fabregas in his pocket but since then injuries have played a part.

Kagawa is a very good signing and although i've only seen him on youtube, he looks very impressive i remember we were first linked with him, he was going around for £30 million pounds but we've done well to get him for the reported £12 million pounds, also Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid were all interested in signing him.

Powell is another exciting signing, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton and Liverpool all wanted him, which shows how much potential he has got and we've done well to get him, i saw him in the play-off final a couple of weeks ago against Cheltenham and the goal he scored was world class to do that on his weaker foot on the turn, that was some finish, he's going to be a legend at Untied and he's not like a player like Pogba who will only play the game for the money.
