Well we all knew what it was going to look like anyway, so that's not a surprise. The method of releasing it is a little bit different, though. Rather than the usual photoshoot with miserable looking players, the club's done it via FIFA13. It's like we're mourning the relegation of Blackburn or something. Europa League special, I think.
I saw it this morning - it looks rancid. And no that isn't some 'hip young person speak' - it's disgusting. Such a shame after the awesome third kit from last season.
Well, I don't hate it. It's just ffffing odd. It's got some curiosity value for me, actually. The fifa13 explanation is that it's much easier to get enthusiasm and applause for this kit from fake people...
Screw the socks, the ad has us beating Man City at home, 2 to nowt! If it wasn't for the fact it must be a cup game, I'd happily forgive a ****ty third kit (even then, would we wear a third kit at home?)
I can't work this Kit out... surely it'll only get used in the cups or its for kit clash problems? It's bizarre. I really can't work out the reasons behind the colours, other than what I've mentioned above. if not, someone should be losing their Job. it's vile. you wait... in 10 years time, it'll be in poll somewhere voted in the "10 most disgusting kits of the last decade"
It's not that bad! Just disappointingly average. Infinitely nicer than our Yellow/Aqua kits of recent years.
