I reckon we will have some more news this week,I really believe Cunningham has come in knowing that others are to follow.

I really do think Del has sold him the club, with further exciting signings arriving, the Ashton vale stadium which will happen no doubt about that "hopefully sooner rather than later"

As said in previous threads two or three more quality signings,I really think we will surprise a few this year.

When this happens I think the majority of fans will be as positive as can be,certainly as positive as out first good year back in the championship.

    Onwards and upwards <cheers><cheers><cheers>

I wrote on the transfer thread that George Boyd is currently transfer listed as he wont sign a new deal. Would be a very good signing and sort out left wing/attacking mid for us.

I was speaking to a Cardiff fan the other day and he said that between the bottom and top in the division are 1 maybe 2 players. George Boyd could be our Peter Whittingham if we had him <ok>

Also, people on otib reckon Will Hoskins of gashead fame may be our striker signing.. Wouldn't give it much credit other than he follows BCFC on twitter? Rumours of a press conference tomorrow with him and Keogh being the signings.. Probably a load of rubbish <laugh>

With him having a year left on contract probably wouldn't cost much more than, say £700k? Seeing as cov want that for Keogh I know who i'd rather have.

There will probably be a few clubs looking at Boyd so could open up a bidding war, but would be a fantastic signing. Shame it's just us on here talking about it :(

Someone asked him if there was a press conference tomorrow as all the Keogh rumours have said, his reply was only "Nope!" so not giving anything away as to rest of the week or anything. Just not one tomorrow as the rumours said.

ah right, I hope because we're bringing in keough that we think thats enough in the CB section. When i seen we were linked with A gerrard that got me more excited than the keough rumor. Would be worth trying to get them both in as it seems McManus's wage has put us off of him and anything for Bikey would of been done by now

Think Bikey is a possibility for Boro. McMannus would be good but think we're after a right footed CB as Fonts and Nyatanga have the left side covered. Keogh or Gerrard would both be good. Worried about the amount cov seem to be asking for Keogh though, not sure he's worth close to £1m. Wouldn't mind Crainie their old lb who's out of contract as backup to Cunningham.

would be nice if the price for every player we buy wasnt undisclosed either, we can only improve if we sign both gerrard and keough, but dont think we have enough money to secure both of them, thats why bikey would of been a great addition. Really hope Cunninghams the answer to our left back problem, and yes we do need cover for him but then again no.

    Left backs

    Cunningham, Foster, Fontaine, Nyatanga

we have enough players to cover that position granted its not there proper position

    Was thinking of our defence

CB (right foot) Wilson & Carey
CB (left foot) Fonts and Tanga
    RB (Foster, Edwards)
    LB (Cunningham)

Just thinking if we have any injuries then we may need another one, but that's what the loan system is for at the end of the day. Big season for Wilson I think, at his age he really needs to be staking a claim for a regular place by now.

Still think we need, GK, CB, ST and would hope for another midfielder and left back but not really a priority until the other positions are done.

when you put it like that it doesn't look good does it? the starting 4 seems ok but as you said, 1 injury and we will suffer, Keough or Gerrard are not an essential, would love to have both but cant see that happening

    Foster Keough/Gerrard Fontiane Cunningham ?

But when we talk about midfielders have counted how many we already have
    Skuse
    Elliott
    Adomah
    Pearson
    Morris
    Bolasie
    Kilkenny
    Bryant
    Reid
Woolford (who could back up left back as well)

So unless we sell can't see another one coming
