I just got through to office, explained i still have not recieved tickets that were ordered on the 14th,the lady said we have been inundated with phone calls and emails. i said i have sent two emails and both have not had a responce. She said to me they were sent out on the 15th,so i said they should have been with me by the 17th. Then i said, i am not the only one still waiting for tickets.I also said why can the club not deal with 13000 aplications it is only a small amount. She then got quite defensive. I was told i can collect reprints tomorrow morning or on the day. Not bad if you charge every one a £1 and not post them out. Have to say bad bad service from the club
If they were sent on 15th what else could the club do? Still think its the post to blame and not the club
Nope, I've not had mine either. Got told excatly the same thing posted on the 15th so can't be the post offices fault as I live in another country let alone another district to Red Robin!! I was told to come down tomorrow to collect, I pointed out I'm from Chepstow and just popping down ain't an option. She then told me to get there at 12 on Sunday. Tried explaining that is not really a great option. She replied with "well what else can I do?" Do what you used to and load the season ticket's card. Not once did she mention, that I will be refunded the £1 not that it bothers me £1 but add it up if only half recieved their tickets. Well here's another thing they can do. Make sure that the ticket kiosk are fully staffed and fast working!
Gotta say god help us when 45000 wembley tickets go on sale. This club acts small, this is not the first time or the last. MK Dons tickets second batch all sold out, does the club not have any idea how many fans we will take. This club thinks small and acts small, sort yourself out Bristol Sport you are a joke at present.
'MK Dons tickets second batch all sold out' I bloody hope not. I don't trust City's admin at all and was hoping to collect 5 MK Dons tickets this Sunday.
Bristol City FC@bcfctweets TICKETS: The second allocation of tickets for MK Dons away has now sold out. A third allocation is on its way.
Bloody hell email arrived at 7:20pm tonight Hi **** If your tickets don’t arrive in time, please go to the Williams ticket office which opens at 9am on Sunday and we will reprint them for you. Please allow plenty of time and apologies for the inconvenience Kind regards Kay McGinty Supporter Services Manager
Way to many people who haven't received their tickets for it be the fault of the post office! Plus I have heard it all before, its strange how the post office seem to cock up every time the ticket office need to send a few tickets out for big games I emailed David Llyodd to request a favour (twice) that he owed me due to some very poor customer service on his part that he admitted to! I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.! There are many things that are improving massively at our club, the ticket fiasco isn't one of them.
