    On the main website-

why have they taken so long to send tickets out.

Key information for collections, online transactions, postage and more.

City supporters are urged to collect their West Ham United tickets in advance to avoid queuing on the day of the game.

Sam Allardyce brings his West Ham side to Ashton Gate on Sunday for the BBC-televised FA Cup fourth round tie (kick-off 2pm).

Only restricted view seats remain available to purchase by phone on 0117 963 0600 or in person at the Bristol Sport Megastore. There will be no more online sales.

    COLLECTIONS

Fans who have purchased tickets and chose the option to collect are advised they can do so from the Bristol Sport Megastore today (9am-7.45pm) and tomorrow (Saturday, 9am-1pm).

This will avoid queuing on the matchday itself. The Ticket Collection Point in the Williams Stand car park is the destination

    ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

For supporters who purchased online and have yet to receive their e-mail confirmation, please login to your Profile Overview and check for details of your booking. If your West Ham ticket purchase shows, the booking has completed successfully. Should you still be concerned, please e-mail [email protected] for assistance.

    POSTAGE

If you have chosen the postage option and do not receive your tickets by close of play on Saturday, you can get them reprinted on Sunday. Please head immediately to the Williams Stand ticket office for reprints. This is for reprints only.

    ARRIVE EARLY

With a packed crowd on Sunday, fans are to arrive at the stadium as early as possible to avoid queues at the stadium. Remember, it’s a 2pm kick-off.

I just got through to office, explained i still have not recieved tickets that were ordered on the 14th,the lady said we have been inundated with phone calls and emails.
i said i have sent two emails and both have not had a responce.
She said to me they were sent out on the 15th,so i said they should have been with me by the 17th.
Then i said, i am not the only one still waiting for tickets.I also said why can the club not deal with 13000 aplications it is only a small amount.
    She then got quite defensive.
I was told i can collect reprints tomorrow morning or on the day.

Not bad if you charge every one a £1 and not post them out.
Have to say bad bad service from the club

If they were sent on 15th what else could the club do? Still think its the post to blame and not the club

Nope, I've not had mine either. Got told excatly the same thing posted on the 15th so can't be the post offices fault as I live in another country let alone another district to Red Robin!!

I was told to come down tomorrow to collect, I pointed out I'm from Chepstow and just popping down ain't an option.

She then told me to get there at 12 on Sunday. Tried explaining that is not really a great option. She replied with "well what else can I do?" Do what you used to and load the season ticket's card.

Not once did she mention, that I will be refunded the £1 not that it bothers me £1 but add it up if only half recieved their tickets.

Well here's another thing they can do. Make sure that the ticket kiosk are fully staffed and fast working!

This club thinks small and acts small, sort yourself out Bristol Sport you are a joke at present.

'MK Dons tickets second batch all sold out'

    I bloody hope not.
I don't trust City's admin at all and was hoping to collect 5 MK Dons tickets this Sunday.

Way to many people who haven't received their tickets for it be the fault of the post office! Plus I have heard it all before, its strange how the post office seem to cock up every time the ticket office need to send a few tickets out for big games

I emailed David Llyodd to request a favour (twice) that he owed me due to some very poor customer service on his part that he admitted to!

I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.!

There are many things that are improving massively at our club, the ticket fiasco isn't one of them.
