We've had a great start, but some people have been complaining about the quality of the football and some below average performances at times. However, luckily for us, I don't think we're anywhere near our actual peak yet, and here's why:

    - Marveaux is yet to find his feet and he seems like a real classy player. I honestly think he'll end up being one of our better players, and we haven't even used him properly yet.

    - Gosling has barely had a chance to shine. This guy has some good potential, but he was out of football for a while. Let's imagine how he'll be when he has 10+ games under his belt.

    - We've not seen Santon yet. No more needs to be said there really. There are injury worries at the moment, but he will be back eventually.

    - We've not replaced Ryan Taylor yet. Once we do, Jonas will be able to feel more confident to push forward with his attacking runs instead of helping Taylor out so much at the back.

    - Ben Arfa is on his way back soon. We've done this well so far without arguably our best and most creative player.

    - Cabaye is getting more and more used to the league but still isn't there yet. He's finding his feet, growing in confidence and becoming more influential.

    - Tiote, one of our absolutely pivotal players, has been playing poorly despite our great start. Imagine when he's back to his best?

    - Getting Demba Ba up to form. I just think this guy needs a proper run of games and seems to play rather well with Leon Best.

    - Playing Shola. Shola is ****ing ****e. We should be able to get to a point soon with our strikers where he no longer features. Ba and Best for me all day long.

We have all that STILL to come, yet we've already had a superb start and are sitting with 8 points against QPR away, Fulham home, Sunderland away and Arsenal home.

Providing there are no more sudden dramatic ****ups (which there probably will be), things are looking bright, and if we're getting points like these with our current performances, imagine how well we could do when our key players are all up to speed <diva>

Not meaning to be pessimistic, but there are an equal number of things which could get worse.

Still, good times ahead I feel!!!

Thing is, pundits are biased towards the top 4 with the playing bad yet still getting results. If Man U play bad and get a result, it's a well ground out win/draw, we play badly and still get a result, we're lucky to get anything from the game and the opposition were poor. However it is definitely good times ahead <ok>

Ben Arfa will obviously liven things up, but the thing is, it's not the players, it's the tactics. The defence sit real deep, just outside the penalty area, with the midfield in a flat four in front of them, still inside their own half. Points mean little to me this year, we won't challenge for Europe, we won't go down, it's all about entertainment not results, and I miss the swashbuckling style of play we had last year. I'd happily finish three places lower and have another 4-4 than finish three places higher grinding out goalless draws.
