Doubt Snoddy will stay, I'm more convinced this time that he wants away that I have ever been. I would however state that he will give Leeds 100% if he has to stay for the rest of his contract, but will leave for nowt when it ends.
It may be more than money for him, there's wanting to play at the highest level and due to the shortness of the career, he may feel that another club, like Everton, Villa or Liverpool would be a once in a lifetime chance. He also wants to be a regular international, so promotion would make him think seriously about staying, as he is almost guaranteed a starting place.
I'm not meaning offer him more money, I mean there would be no point taking the transfer fee because we wouldn't need it. Also think he would be stupid to move to Norwich because he could get a move to one of the clubs you mentioned.
