The Black Cats centre-half took to social media after West Brom hindered Sunderland's survival prospects by holding them to a draw at the Stadium of Light. After running a gauntlet of abuse on his return to the Stadium of Light on Saturday, McClean revelled in the draw that frustrated Sunderland and left them four points from safety. McClean fanned the flames further when he taunted Sunderland fans by fist-pumping in front of them after West Brom's 1-0 win at The Hawthorns last October.
