When have you ever seen reference to Kingston on a map concerning Hull? It isn't a vague reference to Hull, it says Kingston on the map and on the list, which is most unusual. Have a talk with yourself. Not that you would have a very stimulating conversation.

Because there is a lot of paranoia about. Combine that with a lack of commen sense and perception and voila! Seems to have whooshed over their heads it was actually a comparison to Allam type shortening of a name connected with Hull which made it longer.
