    btw, he fired two "warning" shots, I don't recall warning shots being mentioned in the ROE. Nor do I remember being given carte blanche to shoot people because they were running away. Seems a bit sus.

    This is what i don't understand. Wtf is the problem if the guy was a top operator. He was an enemy soldier and deserved to die.
