The Bath Chronicle states that their are Seventy Banning orders in place in the Avon and Somerset aerial

Now Maths is not my strong point so here goes

Avon and Somerset have two per cent of the total poulation of the U.K.

5,000 England fans are heading to Brazil

If you divide 2% of that 5,000, that means 100 Fans, which is all the footy fans from

Avon and Somerset aerial have banning orders on them

So only 30 England fans from the Avon and Somerset aerial will be heading to Brazil.

Whats the population of the UK got to do with it?

The population of England would be a better statistic? I know of more than 30 people going alone..

I believe the banning orders apply to people whether they intend to go or not (and rightly so)

Therefore it would not be 70 out of 100 because not all the 70 would be intending to go
